We're a nonprofit animal rescue taking shape right here in the NC foothills — incorporation is underway and our founding board is building the fostering, adoption, and community-support programs from the ground up. The full site isn't ready yet, but we didn't want you to wait to say hello.
Built for the animals between here and the South Mountains.
CATawba Rescue exists to reduce the number of animals waiting in shelters and living on the street across Catawba County — through foster networks, low-barrier adoption, and support for owners who need help keeping a pet rather than surrendering one.
We're still early. Right now that means paperwork, a founding board, and a lot of planning — not yet a shelter you can visit or a formal application you can fill out. That part is coming, and this page will grow with it.
